The Project

The Operational Problem

PedsDocTalk began as an engaged Instagram brand with no product, no systems, and no operational infrastructure. Dr. Mona wanted to replace her clinical income through online education but lacked the workflows and support required to launch and scale.

I led the operational strategy behind her first digital product, then expanded the system into a reusable launch engine. This included workflow design, project management, team coordination, automation, templates, and long-term support across multiple campaigns.
